Service Maintenance Scheduled: Active Directory

Users may experience trouble connecting or timeouts if they are connected to dc11.ad.colorado.edu specifically. Users may also see a slight slow down in services that depend on the Active Directory or use the Federated Identity service. With that said, OIT is working to ensure slow downs are minimal, if they occur at all. Our team will be actively monitoring services dependent on the Active Directory and will issue a Service Alert if any issues arise.

The following services are dependent upon the Active Directory and, although unlikely, may experience brief interruptions during the maintenance:

• Buff Portal
• Canvas
• VPN
• Grouper
